The Challenger Prince from Ranthambhore

Description

While there were high hopes from T-17, it was her sister T-19 who truly carried the legacy of their mother T-16(aka Machhli) who first gave Birth to a litter of three who have successfully grown up and are now on the lookout of a territory. However with their father T-28 still around one of the cubs seen here T-65 is still struggling to find a permanent territory and hangs around his mother's area who is nursing her gen-next. On this day the entire family sans the female cub of the previous littler was hanging around the Raj Bagh lake. As each member want to have a piece of it it's still lorded by Star Male, T-28 and queened by Krishna aka T-19. Interesting times ahead for the Tiger paradise

Thanks Sanjay, Machhli was seen near the fringes of the park just before the park opened. In fact she had entered the premises of the Hotel Aman e Khas and was there for sometime. No tourist vehicle I suppose has seen her. I was there last weekend but there was no news of her being sighted by tourists. However its said that shes fine and since she was sighted late September, its expected that nothing unfortunate has happened. Will be back to Ranthambhore the week after. Will have more updates then!

This is super shot Trayambak. The description added lot of value to this shot. One question Trayamabk, is Machali seen in this season so far ? I am worried about the legendary old tigress .
